If you lose control of your eCF Assessment Key and/or Password, you may lose control over your personal identifying information, and you will be responsible for any legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your eCF Assessment Key and/or Password have been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify eCF so that we may issue you a new eCF Assessment Key and/or Password.

Children Under 13
We have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our website or take our online assessment products, and so we carry out the same Privacy Policy for individuals of all ages. However, children should not have a need for accessing our website and our online assessment products, and parents are advised to keep their eCF Assessment Keys and/or Passwords out of reach of children.
